Also agree 100% saggito - as MT has said "there is not enough pie to go around" so a JV by your reckoning is a sound and workable outcome for all concerned. It also puts onus on the JV Partners to pull their weight to be able to get their fair share of the pie. They all have to undertake their respective roles diligently for the rewards to flow.
