Have just put solar system on our house with a battery and an electric car charger. Next is to buy an electric car. Tesla seem more advanced but have had a look at the Jaguar I Pace. The Talga ann. of 9 Oct says they are working on coin cells and pouch cells. Wasn't sure what a pouch cell was until seeing the u.tube video "jaguar I Pace creating the worlds finest electric car" Jaguar uses 432 pouch cells to power their car. Jaguar
also have been racing for 2 years in Formula E so are not novices here.
The latest ann. states that Talga is partnered with Jaguar Land Rover and also noted that Talgas' manager of Product Development -Sai Shivareddy is ex Tata who own Jaguar Landrover. They certainly have some good connections.
