I don’t think you’ll get an answer because I don’t think Talga know themselves. The court timelines are entirely up to the courts.

MT has mentioned the Talnode-Si commercial plans and potentially even other sources of graphite as contingency plans. From the Talnode-Si announcement on 14/12/22 it sounds like Talnode-Si is progressing well and there are interested customers, they have expanded the German pilot plant and are conducting feasibilities with site section underway. Unfortunately we just don’t have any more details than that at the moment, or even when we will know more. Until we do it’s all just guess work…what are the volumes, what’s the CAPEX, what’s the production cost, what’s the Talnode-Si price?
