Thee MOU is not for show, Mitsui has helped Talga with their anode processing since it kicked off, the first anode being rolled onto a battery for Talga was done on Japanese equipment. There is value for Talga with ita deal with Mitsui
i dont believe the Mitsui is as hands off as you have stated.
Now will it expire, extended or be completed as a JV? its anyone guess.
