Anybody's guess , but ....
EXPIRE & WALK AWAY .... honestly can't see it , considering they not only stuck around but sought deeper involvement post LKAB exit with no finance / permits in place . If they exit ? , well I guess the Oracle may just see his 50 cent target .... bargain buying .
STEP UP TO JV .... my gut says not yet , permitting as I've stated many times is in the bag but we have to endure the process , they would want clearer direction if not an actual determination before pulling the trigger .... they haven't been in business this long by not dotting the 'i's' & crossing the 't's' .... this won't be a PLL - TSLA type fiasco .
EXTENSION .... I'd go with this one .
