I don't know that the ECB would follow practical monetary advice from MMT. More likely they would wage economic warfare by monetary tightening against most of the citizens and the poorer countries of the EU, in favour of the wealthy. Any "money printing" as you say now, would likely go towards NATO, Ukraine and to the rearmaments program.
