Yes 'lets see' what happens over the next 8 months as per their milestones EV pilot should have been finished Q3. Now they 'slip in Q4' to an announcement. Hope they nail it and exceed expectations. This continual 'when we get to X point' only then can we do 'Y' but then they keep pushing out 'X' so everything gets pushed along. They need to use the summer months to put the accelerator down!
