My point is, if Talga choose to sell/spin-off these non-core assets to focus on graphite, there is potentially additional value Talga can unlock if they are in fact sitting on a commercial lithium deposit.

Talga already have Europe's largest and the world's highest JORC classified graphite deposit and Europe's largest Cobalt deposit. I doubt they would strike it lucky to uncover Europe's largest lithium deposit too! That would be too much to ask of one company! However, given how few commercial lithium deposits Europe actually have that can be developed without significant community opposition; such a find would be very attractive given Europe's critical raw minerals self sufficiency goals.

As you say, they shouldn't use the funds for such a drilling campaign if they haven't stated that upfront in the SPP Prospectus, but I look forward to Mark providing more details on how he intends to commercialise these assets. I suspect nothing will happen for some time while the core focus is rightly on bringing Vittangi online for Stage 1. Something for long term shareholders to keep an eye on for the future.
