I think this quick recovery is because of the expected binding purchase agreement with ACC this month. Those looking to make a quick profit know this and would rather wait and see. The CR has been put to bed and the company is now funded, eliminating the usual investor hesitancy that comes when cash on hand runs low. More investors will be happy to jump in on a positive ACC announcement now knowing that a momentum halting CR is out of the way.

If ACC becomes binding, the SP should run up substantially. It should then continue to edge higher off this new strong base as anticipation and FOMO builds before the court's decision early next year. Famous last words, but If all goes well I don't think we'll be going below the CR price again.
