This development into recycling could be expected as being part to gain support from the Institutes which controls the subsidies. I read it as a box ticked by Talga to fulfill this 'obligation'. It makes the subsidies come in easier eventually.
Will it make money? Probably not, but it fulfills a function as a catalyst for Talga's key projects.
