Rather than Mark stepping aside, I see it as a first of a series. There has been a lot of shuffling going on.
Martin Phillips eases into part of Mark's job to give Mark more time at home in Perth and less travel.
I've not heard any rumours, but Terry Stinson has been Chairman for a long time (and didn't even turn up at the last AGM).
Terry was very active with Talga a few years back when Talga was all about graphene. Not so of late.
Mark would make a great Chairman (maybe Executive Chairman) and would be able to coordinate on the other areas ouside of Talga's first main project in Sweden)
