I don’t have a chart that goes back far enough but I’d be curious to know what the share price was at IPO and what it was on their 4th birthday. Market cap can be quite deceiving when dilution is taken into account. We’re IPO investors in the red or the green at that point? Raising capital is inevitable in a growth company, it’s whether that capital is deployed in a way that is value accretive to shareholders that counts. Unfortunately for many small and micro caps it more often than not is simply just pissed away. I’m not being specific to talga here, just in general.
