Mark must have a massive white board in his office (if they do that anymore), and keeps crossing off all those necessary items that need to be completed in order to build a strong foundation to this business.

There has been a huge amount of detail attended to and accomplishments are to be commended. As an longtime investor, I feel we are slowly edging our way up. Unfortunately, we get a little impatient and want the SP to reflect our positive biases and move up quicker. So far they haven't done much wrong, so I'm still hanging in here.
