I have been saying it for months..a big left field deal with NV/VW...as MT said "makes sense".
When they do they will invest in a big way and want assurance of the scale. After today's announcements I wouldn't be surprise if they're negotiating with Morgan Stanley and LKAB as we speak ahahaha
