Need your top managers where the action is. Other Australian companies have found it desirable to relocate their entire Head Office to where the bulk of their operations are located but still remain on the ASX where the bulk of their shareholders reside.
I suspect that the staff at the Perth office are watching this unfold with some nervousness. When they see Mark relocate then they know for them, it is "all over red rover" with Talga being the better for it.
