The only thing shameful is you can't read. The company made it very clear they were gonna have to scale back if it was oversubed and that one of the measurement was on investor trading activity.
and if you were expecting the company to announce the exact break down of how it was gonna be distributed prior to cut off, tell me a company that has ever actually done that.
