Huge potential everywhere there is ice. Couple it with some solar panels and batteries and no more snow ploughs and salting the ground.
No more snow shovels for ppl to be able get out of their homes.
Current should be dissipated enough that shouldn't be an issue but not sure how they then propose to use it for charging cars. Probably just trying to spice up the presentation
