    What specific answers have I given?
    I voiced (like all others) that a 50% discount to SP for a SPP shows that they are currently not in a position to bargain and are in survival mode over a barrel for capital (they have been for entire existence so nothings changed there)

    The times group deal diluted shareholders for a few million in advertising credits for a few thousand dollars in sales....mmm...not the best. Those remaining credits would most likely be all gone now for another $5000 in sales. You bought in after the times deal and though they were a major shareholder that bought in....I would be anoyed too if i lacked that basic understanding.

    Regardless of management selling the product is a major challenge.
    Management (whoever they are) are over a barrel due to the capital situation so have no option but to make dilutive deals for shareholders.

    Thats as simple as this gets. Survival while they try different markets to gain costly sales traction.

    Hopefully for shareholders they can reach a tipping point if one pays off.
