So the board members are backing Glenn and in doing so are content with the sales?

The advisory board and the BOD including Glenn would be the best people to ask about markets. Having said that Sue, David and even Paul (Sue's Husband) have strong links with the highly regulated pharma industry, maybe exploring sales conversion techniques from there maybe a start.
