1) this deal comes with upfront payment and a significant one, ensuring liquidity. Therefore, quite different to others.

2) Does anyone think Jayplus will find it hard to raise this capital? do you think any large holders in TV2U would be willing to tip money into JPs raise to ensure their large positions in TV2U will be worth even more? I'm certainly happy to tip money into JP's raise...... it's a closed investment loop magnifying returns. I'd be mad not to want a piece of that.
