I think the proceedings have to be cleared before we can realise that sort of rerate. Without knowing anything about it, it would be messy of MIN to start selling stuff out of the ground (+ pay royalties) if they weren't confident that they could see off the suit.
Once Fort are out of the picture I do expect we will fly
