The other variables aside, I think it's reasonable to be hopeful that MIN will increase their output at Wonmunna to 10mtpa in the short to medium term.
MIN's ambition to increase their IO sales from 20mtpa to 90mtpa over the next five years and a low capex requirement for doubling the output from Wonmunna makes it a pretty safe bet IMO.
The other variables aside, I think it's reasonable to be hopeful...
