I think it's the right call. Pretty embarrassing that our board allowed the announcement through given they've been warned before. It shows a lack of diligence and oversight.
The revised version correctly summarises this as a "nothing" announcement. No conditions, no minimum orders, open-ended, easily terminated, and absolutely no justification offered for the projection of "thousands" of new sales each year.
