I spotted this news this morn, so dug TPD out of my bottom drawer after its old old bad days in Texas or somewhere. This makes Mongolia more feasible, because I believe the Chinese are fair dinkum about cleaner energy. Not sure how we'd keep their greedy paws out of Mongolia 'tho.... Anyway, averaged down to 1.9cents. Cheers, Japes.
