Winning a game of brinkmanship like this, between STX & TPD can drive powerful motives....and it's not the TPD BOD they are up against, it's the grumbling shareholders.

Pure spec - no factual basis for any of the above!

Hi Hardcash, if the “grumbling shareholders” don’t vote this through I believe they will be sitting on their TPD shares at about 14 or 15c. I for one will be voting in favour as it looks like the STX deal is good for all parties
