It's only been 22 months since the W-5 discovery.
In that time, they managed to:
1. Drill W-6
2. Sort out the permits
3. Design and engineer the plant
4. Procure the equipment
5. Sign a GSA
And they're constructing the plant.
Even if it takes till the end of the year, I reckon that's a quick timeframe.
It's a 5 year GSA, so taking a few extra months to start delivering on it won't matter much in the long run.
However - I'm disappointed in STX lack of proper updates when they realised the indicated timeframes would not be met. It'd been better if they had been more upfront about it.
