In fact the weather has been very favourable in Dongara this winter when it comes to construction. Farmers would have a different opinion. People tell me their water tanks aren't even close to full when they were overflowing a month ago last year. Below average rainfall, consistent mild days with little wind you pretty much can't get a better environment than that.
All of this would have been easier to accept if they were honest and upfront from the get go.
