Ah don't think most of us penguins need to advertise every time we top up, though my bid at 36.5 was filled yesterday after being in the queue for a bit. Only time will tell whether us penguins are grabbing a great deal or catching a falling knife but as Buffett often said - be greedy when others are fearful - and when the cheering turns to jeering on HC, that is usually a good starting indicator.
