Point taken, spell checkers may not necessarily be good engineers, geos or CEOs but
I believe the boss usually gets a PA or Marketing firm to do them before sign off.
The boss can be busy and sign off in haste maybe? expecting the layout and spelling to be tidied up for release as an expectation of their contracted expertise.
