Its certainly no gift, people need to come up with the cash to avoid dilution.

The companies operational structure was far too excessive for a small cap in early growth stages.(hence they burnt a lot of money in a very short period of time)

The wheels of change are certainly afoot, with hopefully,a small focused team, dedicated to creating shareholder value and cutting costs to the bone. We need discipled people prepared to make hard decisions in order to get on a more favourable financial footing.

Fortunately we only had 102m shares on issue, although now we will have double and only about 900k $US extra to show for it.
