Where are the guys getting stuck into @wot today

If the intent is now getting ready for STX takeover then I'm ok with that, hopefully they at least get a good price. I honestly can't believe with $30m revenue inbound in the next 18 months, they'd believe that dilution via CR is a better result for shareholders than the cost of debt funding. Obviously not across the details but what were the conditions, a ton of free options and a 30% interest rates?

Pretty disappointing to see the commentary now on Mongolia, as others have pointed out it is probably the thing that stops TPD getting taken out cheap. No word or inclination regarding TMK MOU, but the "look through" is pretty lame and just sets a low $ target for divestment. Clearly the current valuation of both is under baked vs the potential upside.
