Yes... and I think you'll find those terms are put in place for this v reason.. pie in the sky timelines that aren't met. Stx needs to update on Macquarie. No way that facility isn't revisited with a 6month Waylering cashflow BLACK HOLE. Hence the scrambled to double revenue with Tpds share.
