Rails , take your point about the sample size . The estimated prospective resources of 13.5TCF (or whatever it was) over the whole concession always looked like a bit of a finger in the air . Nevertheless T1, T2 and T3 are a good start .
One thing which has always concerned me is whether Real's acreage is better than it's neighbours . The U.S. unconventional experience shows there are sweet spots and that even in close proximity the best wells significantly outperform the mean , sometimes by a factor of 10 or more .
