Sorry, am unable to answer your question regarding legality but have a question of my own. Does anyone have any idea/know why one particular Director, Lev Mizikovsky and Mizikovsky Group have been selling down their holdings fairly regularly - on market- for nearly 2 years (that's as far back as Commsec shows)?
I've searched everything I can think of but not come up with any answers.
Were they, perhaps, the Founders and was this sell off part of the 'deal'.
The monthly chart, from 2000 to 2015, looks fairly impressive by comparison to many others that are still crawling like snails along the bottom line. However, it is too illiquid to fit within the frame of my 'plan'. So this is purely a curiosity question.
