This is positive news and still a long term hold to support the energy transition/diversification narrative. I'd also note:
- minimal headache/admin for current AUS shareholders as it's CDI's
- The low carbon, physical asset remains (regardless of Delaware) and continues to be developed, at pace, with leading edge technology
- It's now closer to production at 13.5c than it was at 40c IPO so unless the business has fundamentally changed why wouldn't you be looking at adding at this price point
- US will provide access to far deeper capital pools and awareness of the value of such a low carbon, transition asset
- US more advanced around energy security and gas as a transition fuel (and later hydrogen)
