A pleasing outcome for all stakeholders, although I note that RMS is paying a premium compared to the takeover price paid to EXU holders back in late 2018. The land holders also clearly are receiving a substantial sum of money. These costs should be added to the feasibility study...
yes the numbers for the project still stack up, but $16.75m is not peanuts (though $9m is cash payments).
RMS was diluted heavily to achieve control of Tampia, I sincerely hope that the conversate view RMS has on the asset, prove.... conservative.
Also, as other posters have mentioned, the AISC will be low for Edna May.
Closure is closure though.
