Looks like RMX Had two projects almost simultaneously to pick from they went rare earths, its in demand and forward looking demand increasing for years.
They mention reduced up front consideration and reduced dilution for the rare earth project over Mt Kokeby project so not sure what the cost to proceed actually was on either of the projects.
Complicated transaction with staged milestones for both etc.

Note Historicals Mt Kokeby was approx1.5 -5 m thickness
The other Mt Murray approx 1.5-4.5 m thick, okay but not as thick as the competition and how economical in the thinner sections?
And process their kaolin into HPA unknown ?
