I am not sure that incompetence or "failure to act" falls under the umbrella of Force Majeure Jeffo.
Mate, your posts have been very entertaining and informative
and your support for this BOD unflinching which is admirable however I think the time has come to acknowledge them for what they are and how they have gone about the business of running our company. Very sad as it was these very assets that enticed me to invest.
