KNL has 1700 shareholders, (source 2018 Annual) the top 286 Shareholders hold 88% of the company, to raise the $1mil required only needs 66 shareholders (assumed $15k each)
I recently bought back into KNL, I haven't bought a significant amount (100k - average 10.28c) it has taken days for my orders to be filled. The highest daily volume over the past month has only reached 382,000 shares with many days little to no volume being traded. Today is a perfect example under 2500 shares traded at 10c.
IMO it is most likely that the SPP will be over subscribed due to he limited number of shareholders needed to participate in the offer.
If your not willing to take part in the SPP, because you believe you can buy it cheaper on market, why don't you put your buy orders in?
