The IGV that was quoted to me by an experienced O&G investor is $1mil/BCF and that's only if you can get it to a market. Still big dollars when your talking in the TCF's unfortunately our board couldn't manage to keep our 20% interest, instead they decided to invest in a UK Oil Field and those sort of decisions come at a price (~ $320K p/a) a bit of a joke really when you think about it...
