    Yes, agree to a certain extent and surprised they haven't already in light of the importance of ESG now. We do have a number of females on the management team now, though. The Director of TanzGraphite, Christer Mhingo, is female. When JC is shown the exit, perhaps EGR will replace him with a suitable female NED.
