It looks like EGR is doing a great job integrating with the Tanzanian people, this will be very good for EGR and also very good for the Tanzanian people. It looks like there is already a very strong capital inflow from western countries and much more waiting to get their approvals which means a lot more capital flowing into Tanzania which will strengthen their economy and will give political stability.
It will also set a positive example to other African countries that dealing with Western countries might be preferred, there are a lot of videos on YouTube showing very harsh treatments towards African workers from their Chinese bosses, and Russian businesses using the Wagner group to get certain deals done.
