A couple of things to clear up here.

The litigation funding is not the same as the legal costs. The litigation fund essentially takes a no win no fee structure but if we win then the fee is multiple times the actual legal costs. E.g. we are likely to get around $4m USD in legal costs awarded but owe the litigation fund about $20m USD (these are total figures, IDAs share is ~69% of everything).

The letter of intent to pay is an intent to pay any amount post annulment proceedings. Some or all of the award could be annulled. Personally I think we will get 100% of the award maintained (the legal reasons for annulment are few) but there is currently an annulment process in place and everyone should factor that in.

I think this is a great buy, I'm quite loaded into it and still tempted to buy more. I only make this post to ensure everything is clear to new/interested shareholders.
