I totally agree. Holders who actually lost their investment in the Tanzania Nickel mine takeover 5 years ago should benefit most.
I have never heard of a such a back dated case, if good to their wording, a mechanism to establish a record date will be quite difficult. As it stands a new punter could buy $1000.00 at 0.075c today and possibly get a 10c/share dividend profit of $1333.00 within 6months. Doesn't seem just to me.
