if im reading it correctly tanzania pretty much have added 20 weeks to their timeline via annulment proceedings, good thing is interest is accruing during that time period so it is the price they pay for deferring this bit of a double edge sword for tanzania. but at least they say if they lose they will pay which it means it is just then all legal risk which i think is in our favour. before it was whether or not we would need to seize their assets now its just making sure they dont get their annulment.
