Lets get a few thing straight first.

1 - I didn't make the claim, that he is in control.

2 - A anonymous poster, who only has 2 HC post to their name, did so.

3 - As you only have been a IDA share holder for 5 minutes, you need to do some research.

So I will make a suggestion to you, do some research on the company website, with starting who is in the Top20 share holder group.
Follow the bread crumbs.

I do remember sometime ago, that their was an Private investor who participated in a capital raise in IDA and also remember that his name was mentioned at that time.

I have no information about him or what he looks like.

So next time do some research first and that will solve your problem,

Research is your number 1 friend.
