Earlier in the Year the Coy had been anticipating SML by end of June, unfortunately like all other previous targets June has come and gone. As has been speculated in the past, is the Tanzanian Govt holding the license for the Chinese ? , the World is only just starting to wake up to the fact how the Chinese influence other Govt, especially third World.
