There was good link just in the last couple of days regarding Australia implicating money flows from the country Re "Tax man" Our tax laws charge out to some 45 cent in the dollar as high income earner which is factored in to ROM cost. But this does not even raise a mention. Which country warrants a higher discount rate? Talk about sovereign risk....
