It was pretty small parcels that took it up yesterday so realistically it moved too far. The news is good but it's basically encouragement for existing shareholders. I think new potential shareholders are waiting for the sovereign risk issues to be clearly resolved. Another factor is that 12cents is the June18 options exercise price, I hold some and am not incentivised to pay above 12cents for FPOs at the moment so perhaps that's the case for other existing holders?
