    so, 3:1 cap raising coming? should raise ~$60 AUD of the ~$85M aud (~70% of the ~$61USD) req'd for stage 1 capex?

    what will the issue price be? that another ~290m shares on issue bringing the register to 1.15bn shares on issue...
